1. Services
KuroShade provides professional automotive and commercial services including, but not limited to:
-Window tinting
-Vinyl wraps
-Paint protection film (PPF)
-Custom decals and related services
All services are performed using industry-standard materials and techniques.
2. Appointments & Deposits
-Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.
-Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments with at least 24-hour notice.
-Failure to show up or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
-Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
-Remove personal items from the vehicle prior to service
-Inform KuroShade of any existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive electronics
KuroShade is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
4. Installation & Cure Time
-Window tint, vinyl, and PPF require a curing period.
-Customers must follow all aftercare instructions provided by KuroShade.
-Visual imperfections such as minor haze, water pockets, or bubbles during curing are normal and not considered defects.
5. Warranty
-Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
-KuroShade warranties cover installation defects only, not damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper care.
-Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after discovery.
6. Returns & Refunds
-Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once work has begun.
-Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
-Corrections due to verified installation issues will be handled at KuroShade’s discretion.
7. Vehicle Condition & Liability
-Vehicles must be in safe, operable condition.
-KuroShade is not responsible for pre-existing issues such as:
-Fading or peeling paint
-Defective window seals or trim
-Electronic malfunctions unrelated to our service
Any pre-existing damage may be documented prior to service.
8. Pricing & Payments
-Prices are subject to change without notice.
-Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.
9. Website Use
By using the KuroShade website, you agree not to:
-Engage in unlawful activities
-Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site
-Copy or misuse any content, logos, or branding without permission
All content is the property of KuroShade.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KuroShade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
KuroShade reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
